    El Paso Pipeline Partners LP will acquire the remaining 14 percent interest in Colorado Springs-based Colorado Interstate Gas Co. LLC and all of Cheyenne Plains Investment Co.     Colorado’s year-over-year growth in new-car registrations continued to gather speed in April, jumping 29 percent from the same month a year earlier, according to a report Friday from the Colorado Automobile Dealers Association.
